Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Both term definition and term reference are created in special styles, "Term" and "Term Reference" respectively. You may see them by pressing Alt+Ctrl+Shift+S in MS Word. So, to remove bold and underline you just need to edit these styles to whatever suits your document...

Fix of an issue: if your term's description contains special characters like ', ", «, references to terms may become corrupted by MS Word after saving your document and closing the MS Word app.

- After you changed descriptions of terms (in a nearest text from each term), now you can re-synchronize the descriptions with the tooltips in term references (in hyperlinks)
